Order sheet reflects that earlier as well on 15.02.2012, the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. Later on, it was restored on an application moved by petitioner.
2. Today again there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the order sheets available on record dated 17.02.2014, 09.07.2014 and 01.12.2014 also reflect that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
