CMP.No.22997 of 2026 & CRP.SR.No.143522 of 2026 P.B.BALAJI,J. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased late, Manohar Babu. The mother of the said Manohar Babu filed a suit, suppressing the very existence of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner seeks leave to challenge the award of the Lok Adalat in L.A.C.No.668 of 2025 in O.S.No.413 of 2025 on the file of the Distruct Munsif, Karikal.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and also heard the learned counsel for the applicant. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient and good cause for being entitled to leave to challenge the Lok Adalat award.

3. This petition is ordered as prayed for. 24.08.2026 ata Note: Registry is directed to number the CRP, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 27.08.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
