Present – Sh. Amit Mahaliyan, counsel for the Bank of Baroda.
Sh. Balwinder Ralhan and Sh. Sanjeev Bhandari, counsel for the respondents.
In the present matter, ld. counsel for both the parties i.e. Bank of Baroda as well as CD i.e. Inderjeet Singh Bhurji stating that the matter has already been settled for Rs.37,50,000/-and the entire settled amount i.e. Rs.37,50,000/- has been received by the Bank of Baroda and nothing is due and Bank of Baroda has also issued No dues certificate. Ld. counsel for the Bank of Baroda stated that he has no objection if the said MA is being allowed and the property is being released. Accordingly, both the parties stated that the RC may be closed being satisfied in the light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi titled as Neeraj Sayal Vs. State Bank of India in W.P.(C) No.414/2019 dated 14.11.2019.
In view of this, the present MA stands allowed and the property bearing no.B-63, Greenwood City, Sector-45, Gurugram, Haryana shall released, if not required in other matter. The concerned Contd. Order Sheet.....
