Present – Sh. Rajiv Narayan, counsel for the applicant in MA.
Ld. counsel for the applicant in MA stated that he wants to avail the remedy before the concerned Recovery Officer, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present MA with liberty to file the same before the concerned Recovery Officer. If it is so, the same shall be considered accordingly.
