2. The Applicant has filed this Miscellaneous Application for modification of name of both the Applicant and the Counsel for the Applicant in the Order dated 10/8/2023 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 17/2016.

We have perused the material placed on record and it is found that due to typographical error in Order dated 10/8/2023 in OA No 17/2026, the name of the Applicant has been mentioned in the Cause Title on First Page of the Order as, “Ex LAC Room Prabhu Sharma”, instead of “Ex LAC Rom Prabhu Sharma”. Therefore, the MA is allowed and name of the Applicant mentioned in the Cause Title on First Page of the Order dated 10/8/2023 is corrected and the same shall

be read as, “Rom Prabhu Sharma”, instead of “Room Prabhu Sharma”. In place of “Mr Man V-endra Singh”, mentioned as the Counsel for the Applicant in the ibid Order also stand corrected as, “MrManvendra Singh”, To this extent, Order dated 10/8/2023 passed in OA No 17/2016 shall stand corrected.
4. This Order shall be read as part of Order dated 10/8/2023 passed in OA No 17/2016.
5. MA No 1006/2023 is disposed off accordingly.
