1. The UOI has filed this MA No 1046/2023 praying for grant of Leave to Appeal before the Hon’ble Apex Court against the Common Order dated 09/11/2021 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 492/2021 in the case of Ex Reservist Bhanwar Singh Vs UOI & Ors.

2. We have heard the counsel for the Applicants – Respondents in the OA and perused the material placed on record. The Order was passed in merit by this Tribunal directing the Applicants – Respondents in the OA, to revise the Reservist Pension of the Applicant in the OA wef 01/1/2016 in terms of Para 155 of Regulations for the Army 1961, Part I. Apart from a delay of 1 year, 11 months and 14 days in filing the Application, we do not find any substantial question of law of general public importance involved in the matter warranting grant of Leave to Appeal. Moreover, at this stage, this Application is not maintainable. The prayer is, therefore, rejected.

3. The Application for Leave to Appeal is dismissed, so also the MA No 1047/2023 for condonation of delay in filing the Application.
