1. The UOI has filed this MA No 1048/2023 praying for grant of Leave to Appeal before the Hon’ble Apex Court against the Order dated 28/8/2019 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 43/2018 in the case of ReservistBalwant Singh Vs UOI &Ors.

2. We have heard the counsel for the Applicants – Respondents in the OA and perused the material placed on record. The Order was passed in merit by this Tribunal directing the Applicants – Respondents in the OA, to revise the Reservist Pension of the Applicant in the OA and calculate the arrears of the revised reservist pension accordingly from 01/1/2016. Apart from a delay of 4 years, 1 month and 25 days in filing the Application, we do not find any substantial question of law of general public importance involved in the matter warranting grant of Leave to Appeal. Moreover, at this stage, this Application is not maintainable. The prayer is, therefore, rejected.

3. The Application for Leave to Appeal is dismissed, so also the MA No 1049/2023 for condonation of delay in filing the Application.
