1. Union of India has filed this Application for correction of Order dated 20.12.2022 in MA No 620/2022 in OA No 188/2013 and submitted that inadvertently, name of the Respondent in MA No 620/2022 was typed as “Ex RectGovind Singh Choudhary” in the Cause Title instead of “Ex RectGovindChoudhary”.

2. Perused the documents placed on record and it is found that due to typographical error in Order dt20.12.2022, name of the Respondent was typed as “Ex Rect Govind Singh Choudhary”in the Cause Title instead of “Ex RectGovindChoudhary”. Therefore, the MA is allowed and the name of the Respondent in the Cause Title of the Order is corrected and the same shall be read as “Ex RectGovindChoudhary” instead of “Ex RectGovind Singh Choudhary”. To this extent, Order dated 20.12.2022 passed in MA No 620/2022 in OA No 188/2013 shall stand modified.

3. This Order shall be read as part of Order dated 20.12.2022 passed in MA No 620/2022 in OA No 188/2013.
