When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the subject property has been surveyed in the presence of the petitioner on 22.08.2025. However, the petitioner refused to sign the survey report and hence, signatures from the neighbouring land owners have been obtained.
