When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced an order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2697/2020/Aa1 dated 30.07.2026.
2. A Perusal of the same would indicate that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the order under contempt, the request of the petitioner for issuance of a free house site patta was considered and rejected by order dated 30.07.2026. In such circumstances, the direction issued in the Writ Petition is complied. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
