When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, the respondent caused survey of the subject property through the Sub-Inspector of Surveyor, Thirumangalam Taluk and the encroached portion has been earmarked.
