ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of property situated in Survey No.171/26 measuring an extent of 0.3.00 Ares 8 situated at Palaiyur Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2026.
2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not filed any online application. Therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered.
4. In the light of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the respondent. However, it is open to the petitioner to file proper online application seeking transfer of patta. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
