1. 1. The instant application is filed for withdrawal of the present appeal bearing No. 157/2025 due to compromise between the parties. The necessary documents are annexed with the application.
2. 2. Sh. Jobby Varghese, Advocate for the appellants stated that the appellants be allowed to withdraw the present appeal due to the compromise between the parties. In view of the statement made by Sh. Jobby Varghese, Counsel for the appellants, the present appeal is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application, if any.
3. 3. Pre deposit, if any, be refunded along with accrued interest to the appellants as per rules and after proper verification.
