1. Sh. Harshit Batra, Advocate for the appellant during the course of arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal but with a direction to DRT-I, Chandigarh to dispose of the S.A. bearing no.97/2026 expeditiously. Accordingly, appeal is disposed of with direction to DRT-I, Chandigarh to make every possible endeavour for early disposal of the S.A. bearing no.97/2026, preferably within a period of 6 months from today. The respective parties are directed not to seek any unnecessary adjournment during the trial of S.A. It is also made clear that all the pleas and contentions available to the contesting parties shall remain open during the trial of S.A.
2. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
