The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and others, a suit for partition was instituted by the family members in OS No.190/2025, which was settled amicably through Lok Adalat and a final decree was also passed on 13.10.2025. On obtaining the certified copy of the final decree, the petitioner, who was arrayed as the 3rd defendant in the suit, presented the decree for registration on 04.12.2025. However, the same was pending without registration. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 17.10.2025.
