(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the petitioner's wife before this Court.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner got married with one Tharanya and they were blessed with a female child. While so, on 16.05.2025, the wife of the petitioner was missing from the matrimonial home along with the female child. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No. 137 of 2025. After registration of FIR, the second respondent conducted ____________

H.C.P.(MD)No.1050 of 2025 investigation and filed Status Report before this Court. However, the second respondent is unable to trace out the petitioner's wife so far.

4. Admittedly, the petitioner's wife is a major and due to dispute between the petitioner and her, she left the matrimonial home. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.137 of 2025 and file final report before the Trial Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
