Mr. Y. Daljeet, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the applicant.

The present application has been filed with the prayer for early listing and for Admission hearing of the connected RSA No. 8 of 2026 along with MC(RSA) No. 18 of 2026.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that when the said RSA and the connected application was taken up on 24-08-2026, he was unable to be present before the court and that in his absence, the said connected RSA and the application have been directed to be listed on 20-11-2026. The learned counsel also submitted that the said Second Appeal along with the connected stay application is yet to be moved. Accordingly, the learned counsel prays for preponing the hearing of the said appeal.

After hearing the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and on perusal of the record, IN. 80 +05'30'

this court is of the view that there is good ground for preponing the hearing of the connected Second Appeal and the connected stay application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.

Registry is directed to list the connected RSA No. 8 of 2026 along with MC(RSA) No. 18 of 2026 on 03-09-2026 for Admission hearing.

With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands disposed of.
