Colleges have been given liberty to fix a schedule from 2nd September, 2026 and complete the whole process of the practical examination and submission of the marks to the MU by 20th September, 2026. It is submitted that Thambal Marik College is yet to issue time table for the practical examination of Botany subject and the same is expected very soon. If the petitioner surrenders today and taken into custody, he has to approach this Court for another interim bail for appearing in the practical examination.
