The present application has been filed with the prayer for preponing the hearing of the connected MAC App. No. 2 of 2025.
On perusal of the record, this court did not find any urgency involved in the said appeal.
Considering that the said appeal has been fixed for further hearing, on which the said appeal can be disposed of, this court is not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, the present application is hereby rejected.
