Mr. H. Ishwarlal, learned sr. counsel assisted by Ms. H. Erika, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one as necessary party is not included in the memo of parties.
Considering the submissions made at the bar, WP(C) No. 587 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause, if so advised.
