Mr. M. Rakesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one under the correct provision as inadvertently the same has been filed in the wrong provision.
Also present Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. A. Rommel, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA for the respondent no. 1.
Recording the submissions made at the bar, CRP (CRP Art. 227) No. 36 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one under the same cause.
MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227)) No. 60 of 2026 is also disposed of, accordingly.
