Present Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 in MC(Cont.Cas(C) No. 55 of 2026 and applicant in MC(Cont.Cas(C) No. 54 of 2026 along with respondent No. 2 in person.
By MC(Cont.Cas(C) Nos. 54 of 2026 & 55 of 2026, respondent Nos.1 and 2 pray for exemption from personal appearance as he no long hold the post of finance department and prays for one more month time for compliance of direction in order dated 16.04.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 896 of 2024.
Also present Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. H. Prabirkumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Mr. L. Akash, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.
In the circumstances, MC(Cont.Cas(C) Nos. 54 of 2026 & 55 of 2026 are allowed with the condition that the direction of this Court will be complied within one month. Personal appearance of respondent Nos.1 and 2 is dispensed with until further order.
List the remaining case on 09.09.2026 for submission of compliance report.
