When the matter was taken up, Ms. G. Pushpa, learned counsel on record for Civil Revision Petition (CRP) petitioners and Miscellaneous Case (MC) applicants submitted that the captioned CRP and captioned MC thereat have become infructuous as the impugned order has since been recalled by the Executing Court, saying so learned counsel made an endorsement in the case files and scanned reproduction of the endorsements are as follows:
Learned counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned CRP and captioned MC. In the light of the narrative thus far and the endorsements made by the learned counsel on record (scanned and reproduced supra), captioned CRP and captioned MC thereat are disposed of as withdrawn/closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
