Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Senior Advocate and PP assisted by Mr. A. Bheigya Meitei, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner has already released on default bail and as such, the present Bail Appln. can be closed. The learned Senior Advocate further submitted that he has already informed the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.
