Captioned Miscellaneous Case (M.C.) has been filed with a prayer to dispense with a production of/filing of certified copy of impugned order.

Mr. Royal Ray Salam, learned counsel on record for M.C. applicant submits that the certified copy has since been furnished by the Registry of the Trial Court and he submits that the same will be filed in the main Civil Revision Petition (CRP). This means that captioned M.C. has now become infructuous. As the captioned M.C. has become infructuous, learned counsel made an endorsement in the case file seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned M.C. but with a permission to file a certified copy. This request is acceded to.
