As the impugned order is an interim order, in the light of S. Menaka –Vs- K.S.K. Nepolian Socraties reported in 2024 SCC OnLine Mad 8434 which lays down the law that a statutory appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 will not lie in such interim order cases owing to the language in which section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984) is couched. Learned counsel, Mr. Ajoy Pebam, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned appeal and captioned MC thereat and sought further leave of this Court to preserve all the rights and contentions of the appellant/MC applicant to approach this Court under Article 227. This request is acceded to.

To be noted, scanned reproduction of endorsements made in the case file of this Court by learned counsel on record for appellant/MC applicant as regards withdrawal are as follows:—
