Order

31.07.2026

Mr. K. Kishan, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction, submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh as there are certain inherent defects in the petition.

Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Mrs. I. Bimola, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, submit that this Court may pass appropriate order.

Considering the submissions made at bar, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if so advised. Interim order, if any, is merged with the final order.
