Mr. BR Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one as there is an errored in the cause title of the writ petition and this cannot be corrected. Oral prayer is allowed.
In the circumstances, WP(C) No. 557 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
MC(WP(C)) No. 576 of 2026 is disposed of, accordingly.
