Mr.Seityandra along with Ms. N. Kabita, learned counsel on record for revision petitioners is before this Court.
Ms. W. Anandita Chanu along Mr. Birendrajit and Ms. M. Pushpatolly, learned counsel for Caveator ( to be noted, first respondent has lodged caveat) is also before this Court.
After some arguments, Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel on record for revision petitioners sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned CRP (Civil Revision Petition) and captioned MC(Miscellaneous Case) thereat. Though obvious, it is made clear that suit in Trial Court along with interlocutory applications therein, (if any and/ or if filed post this order) will proceed on its own merits and in accordance with law untrammeled by instant withdrawal order.
