Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, on insruction, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in terms of the oral submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made at bar, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. Misc. application is also disposed of.
