Present Mrs. A. Noutuneshwari, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. U. Augusta, learned counsel on behalf of respondent no. 8; Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5; and Mr. Ksh. Kemlin, learned counsel on behalf of respondent nos. 2 & 3.
During the course of hearing, Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 submits that the direction of this Court has been complied by issuance of pension authority dated 20.03.2026 and the same is taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction of this Court is complied by this subsequent order.
Considering the subsequent event of issuance of pension authority dated 20.03.2026, Cont. Cas(C) No. 128 of 2023 is closed.
MC(Cont. Cas(C)) Nos. 42 of 2025 & 19 of 2024 are also disposed of, accordingly.
