Mr. Ch. Yara, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submitted that he has received instruction that the provisional pension due payable to the petitioner will be released by the authorities shortly in compliance with the direction given by this Court in its order dated 25.06.2025. The learned counsel, accordingly prays for closing this contempt case. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the contempt case is hereby closed.
