The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the issue raised in the present writ petition and in order to afford an opportunity of being heard to the proposed respondents No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 during the hearing of the main writ petition, the present application has been filed as to avoid causing any prejudice to the proposed respondents No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 by any order passed by this Court in the connected writ petition. Proceedings dated 20.07.2026 in the present application indicated that notice was issued upon the said respondents, returnable by 30.07.2026. When the main writ petition along with the connected application have been taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 9 submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. Mr. Mayankgoel, learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents No. 8 & 10 submitted that an objection has been filed to the present application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the proposed respondents No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 in the cause title of the connected writ petition. With the above direction, the present application stands disposed of.
