13-07-2026 Mr. Ch. Bimolchandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the writ petition may be closed as the petitioner has been granted the relief prayed for in the writ petition. Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. Any interim order merges with the final order.
