Mrs. G. Pushpa, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the applicant through VC platform and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned senior counsel and PP assisted by Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Deputy GA appeared on behalf of the respondents.
The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing amendment of the pleadings made in the connected Cril. Rev. Petn. No. 9 of 2026 as proposed at Para. No. 4 of the present application.
Mr. H. Samarjit, learned senior counsel and PP fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present amendment application. The learned senior counsel further submitted that he may be allowed to file an objection to the connected Cril. Rev. Petn. after incorporating such amendment.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to allow the amendment as proposed at Para. No. 4 of the present application. Accordingly, the present application is hereby allowed. IN. 43 +05'30'

Applicant is directed to file a recast petition of the aforesaid Cril. Rev. Petn. within a period of two days with advance copy to the learned senior counsel and PP appearing for the respondents.
