Present Mrs. G. Pushpa, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Ms. I. Sharmila, learned counsel for the State respondent.
Mrs. G. Pushpa, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner got all the reliefs prayed for in the contempt petition.
Accordingly, contempt petition is closed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, is merged with the final order.
