Mr. Md. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel on record for sole applicant led by Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior advocate is before this Court (Physical Court) in captioned four MCs.

One ‘Shri Meitankeisangbam Indrajit Singh’ (‘M. Indrajit Singh’ for the sake of convenience) has been arrayed as first respondent in one of the captioned MCs i.e., MC(MAT. APP.) No. 1 of 2026 but before filing the MC, Mr. M. Indrajit Singh had died and date of demise is 25.08.2024.
