Mr. Thangjam Monish Anand, learned counsel on record for contempt case petitioners, Mr. S. Bronson, learned counsel on record for respondent No. 2 and Mr. Dimal Kumar Haobam, learned State counsel representing learned State counsel on record for respondent No. 1 are before this Court (Physical Court).
Mr. Thangjam Monish Anand, learned counsel on record for contempt case petitioners submits that the order, out of which P a g e 3 | 3
captioned contempt case arises i.e., order dated 16.12.2024 made in W.P.(C) No. 534 of 2023 has since been complied with and captioned contempt case can be given a closure recording compliance. Learned counsel on record for contempt case petitioners has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
In the light of narrative thus far, respondents are discharged from captioned contempt case and stand purged of contempt. Captioned contempt case is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
