Present Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioners.
After some arguments, the learned sr. counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondents does not oppose the prayer.
Recording the submissions made at the bar, WP(C) No. 471 of 2026 along with MC(WP(C)) No. 490 of 2026 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
