Mr.Viscount, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application being MC (WP(C)) No.469 of 2026 for filing additional documents as the same are missed out at the time of filing of the writ petition and by filing the same, nature of the writ petition will not be changed.
Mr.S.Niranjan, learned submits that he may be given some time to take instructions on the application.
This Court has perused the materials on record and in order to save precious time, this Court allowed the application and the documents are taken on record with preservation of right of respondents to raise admissibility of the documents at the time of hearing.
