Vijayanand Sharma, learned senior panel counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents. The present contempt case has been filed on the complaint about the violation of the direction given by this Court in its order dated 24-07-2024 passed in WP(C) No. 717 of 2018. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the counsel appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that the respondents have duly complied with the direction given by this Court and the learned counsel pray for closing these cases as the direction given by this Court have already been complied with by the respondents.
