BEFORE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. M. SUNDAR (ORDER) 16.06.2026 When the matter was taken up Mr. Th. Tolapishak, learned counsel on record for revision petitioner was before this Court (physical Court). Mr. Ginzamang Silthou, learned counsel representing Ms. Kh. Rojita, learned counsel on record for respondent Nos. 1 to 7 is before this Court on the Video Conferencing (V.C.) platform. However, Mr. Th. Tolapishak, learned counsel on record for revision petitioner, submits that he has instructions from the revision petitioner to withdraw the captioned Civil Revision Petition (CRP), saying so learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:- In the light of the narration thus far, captioned CRP is disposed of as withdrawn/closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
