Sundari, learned GA appeared on behalf of the respondents and submitted that on earlier occasion also, the petitioner remained unrepresented and that this matter has been listed today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. The learned GA further submitted that as the petitioner remained unrepresented today also, the present writ petition may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
