Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned senior panel counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has received instruction that the respondent has been discharged from the criminal case by an order dated 03-06-2026 passed by the Special Judge (ND & PS), Thoubal. The learned counsel, accordingly, submitted that in view of the subsequent development, the petitioner be granted leave to withdraw this petition.
