Heard Ms. M. Nikita, learned counsel for the applicant in MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 42 of 2026 and Ms. H. Bisheshwari Devi, learned counsel for the applicant in MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 44 of 2026.
By the present applications, the petitioners/applicants pray for impleading new incumbent Director of Social Welfare, Govt. of Manipur as respondent no. 4 in the main Cont. Cas(C) No 163 of 2025 and respondent no. 5 in the main Cont. Cas(C) No. 144 of 2025.
Mrs. RK. Emily, learned Dy. GA and Mrs. I. Bimola, learned counsel for the respondents submit that this Court may pass appropriate order.
Accordingly, MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 42 of 2026 and MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 44 of 2026 are allowed and disposed of by impleading “Shri Sheikh Abdul Hakim, MCS, Director(Social Welfare), Government of Manipur, Department of Social Welfare, A.T Line near 2nd MR, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur- 795001” as respondent no. 4 in Cont. Cas(C) No. 163 of 2025 and respondent no. 5 in Cont. Cas(C) No. 144 of 2025.
