Mr. Kh. Athouba, learned Sr. counsel and GA assisted by Mr. Phunyo Zingkhai, learned Dy. GA appeared on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the direction given by this Court has already been complied with by the respondent by issuing 2 separate orders both dated 10.04.2026. The learned Sr. counsel accordingly prays for closing this contempt case. Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. Rayol Ray Salam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that petitioners be given liberty to challenge the said compliance orders. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present contempt case is hereby closed. Needless to mention here that the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said compliance orders.
