When the matter was taken up, Mr. Royal Ray Salam, learned counsel on record for M.C applicant sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned M.C. for the present considering the nature of the impugned order. In this regard, endorsement made by Mr. Royal Ray Salam, learned counsel on record for M.C applicant in the case file is as follows:

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned M.C is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit preserving rights and contentions of M.C applicant to come up with any other M.C. in the captioned CRP, if the need arises and if there is change of circumstances. Captioned M.C is disposed of in the aforesaid manner with preservation of rights and contentions as set out supra. There shall be no order as to costs.
