Mr. T. Momo, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. N. Diana, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the applicant and submitted that MC (WP (C)) No. 409 of 2026 (Ref: WP (C) No. 56 of 2021) had been filed seeking leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. Mrs. RK Emily, learned Deputy GA appearing for the respondents submitted that she has no objection. The prayer made in MC (WP (C)) No. 409 of 2026 is allowed by allowing the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
