order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 520 of 2023. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on closed examination of the copy of the Jamabandi annexed by the petitioner as Annexure-A/2 in the present application, this Court is of the considered view that the patta number appearing in the said Jamabandi has been wrongly recorded in paragraph 2 of the said order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that patta number of the agricultural land of the petitioner should read as “202/247” instead of “202/289”.
