Mr. Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that the writ petition may be closed as infructuous as the recruitment process under challenge has already been completed.
Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA for the State respondents also supports the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Recording the submissions made at the bar, WP(C) No. 867 of 2024 is closed as infructuous.
MC(WP(C)) No. 805 of 2024 is also closed, accordingly.
